世界最大清漂船“清漂5号”

                               

近日，由中国舰船研究设计中心701所设计、秭归华星船务有限公司建造的“清漂5号”船顺利试航，该船将取代2013建造的“清漂2号”霸主地位，成为目前世界上最大的清漂船。“清漂5号”长80m，船宽16m，型深4 米，设计吃水2.3m，为钢质单体船型。推进方式为双机双桨、柴油机驱动的全回转舵桨推进。配备3台由康明斯K19发动机驱动的320kW发电机组。主甲板布置具备收集、打捞、抓吊、切割、转运和装载等功能的专用清漂装置。该船投入使用后，将为三峡库区的清理和保洁工作注入新的力量。（以上信息摘自微信公众号：船舶电力推进技术峰会）

该船主配电板选用众智科技3台HMC6多主站功率管理控制器，实现3台康明斯320kW柴油发电机组之间自动调度和保护功能，内置的重载询问机制特别适用于该船配备的清漂设备的复杂的重载询问工作流程。

HMC6功率管理控制器是众智科技专为船舶和海工应用设计包含柴油发电机组、轴带发电机组、岸电连接、母联开关控制和保护的多主站功率管理系统，最多可实现16台主用柴发，3台轴带发电、3路岸电、2台停泊发电机组和5台联络开关组成的自动电站系统，支持环形母排控制。

Largest float-garbage ship “Qingpiao 5” 

                            

Recently, "Qingpiao 5" ship, designed by 701 Institute of China Ship Research and Design Center, and built by Zigui Huaxing Shipping Co., Ltd. was successfully put on trial. It will replace the "Qingpiao 2" ship built in 2013 and become the world's largest float-garbage ship at present. "Qingpiao 5" is a steel mono-hull ship with a length of 80m, a width of 16m, a molded depth of 4m and a design draft of 2.3m. The ship is twin-engine, twin-screw, diesel-driven rudder propeller propulsion. It is equipped with three 320kW gensets driven by Cummins K19 engines. The main deck is equipped with special float-garbage devices for collecting, salvaging, grabbing and lifting, cutting, transferring and loading. When the ship is put into use, it will inject new strength into the cleaning work in the Three Gorges reservoir area.

The ship's main switchboard uses three SmartGen HMC6 multi-master power management controllers to achieve automatic scheduling and protection among three Cummins 320kW diesel gensets. The built-in HC inquiry mechanism is particularly suitable for the complex HC inquiry workflow of the ship's float-garbage equipment.

The latest SmartGen HMC6 controller, with the expansion I/O modules can achieve single 16-way HC inquiry, while supporting fixed feedback (digital inquiry) and variable feedback (HC real-time acquisition by the expansion HMP300 power integrated module) to meet the control needs of various HC equipment. 

During the commissioning process of the power station, SmartGen, together with the main switchboard manufacturer, shipyard project managers, shipowner representatives and complete set of genset manufacturers, worked side by side to ensure that the power station passed the acceptance of the Classification Society to a high standard, which is another successful application of SmartGen marine control products in the field of marine automatic power station.

                                            

HMC6 power management controller is a multi-master power management system designed by SmartGen for marine and offshore applications including diesel gensets, shaft gensets, shore power connections, busbar control and protection. Up to 16 main diesel gensets, 3 shat gensets, 3 shore power connections, 2 harbor gensets and 5 contact switches can be implemented in an automatic power station system with support for ring busbar control.

After more than ten years of unremitting efforts, MGCP100B/L-2 diesel engine control box and HMC6 power management controller developed by SmartGen specifically for marine diesel engines have been widely used on offshore platforms, offshore wind power booster stations, luxury yachts, business ships, ro-ro passenger ships, container ships, bulk carriers, crude oil carriers, product oil carriers, full-swing tugboats and other ship types, and the products have been well received by end users.

In March 2021, the whole series of SmartGen marine products passed the BV type approval, so far, SmartGen marine engine controller, distributed IO module, MGCP100B/L-2 series diesel engine control box, HMC6 power management system and power protection module have both BV and CCS type approval. We started to apply for ABS type approval certificate in 2022.
